C&M NEWS & EVENT INFORMATION In the Fall, C&M puts on a fun Dinner Dance for the Community. This year, we will host our Dinner Dance on November 8, 2008 at the GlenArbor Golf Club. THIS YEAR WE HONOR OUR 2008 "CHOWDER CHAMPS" Van Muller, Gary Kohn & Diane and Bill Bradsell Community neighbors who have given their time enriching the lives of the youth of Bedford. (a special thanks to Nancy Markhoff for coordinating this event) C&M SPONSORED "SUMMER SUNSET" 2008 CONCERT SERIES C&M is proud to have sponsored the Town of Bedford's "Summer Sunset" 2008 concert series at Bedford Village Memorial Park. Each Spring, on the first weekend in May, C&M and the residents of Bedford clean-up the Town roads and haul their bulk items to the Bedford Highway Yard on Crusher Road in Bedford Village. C&Mers, along with many neighbor volunteers provide truck pick-ups for residents of the Town of Bedford in exchange for a tax-deductible donation to C&M. At the Bedford Highway Yard, many of these items, and more, are resold at C&M's fabulous Tag Sale, with all proceeds going to benefit youth programs in Bedford. REMEMBER: THE BEDFORD HIGHWAY YARD CAN BE CROWDED WITH PEOPLE, MOVING VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT. PLEASE BE ALERT AND CAREFUL WHILE AT THE YARD ON CLEAN-UP WEEKEND. C&M IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MONITORING THE SITE. ENTER THE YARD AT YOUR OWN RISK.
