C&M Capital Projects C&M has funded many capital projects over its more than half century history. Playground apparatus, Park enhancements, sports facilities and community projects are among the projects that C&M has committed the funding and, in many cases, the talent, to enhance the facilities used by the youth of Bedford. In total, C&M has raised and donated over $750,000 to programs and projects benefiting the youth of our community. Here are some of the capital projects that C&M has funded.
